Dame Katherine Grainger DBE
Olympic Gold Medalist and Chair of the British Olympic Association
An inspirational sportsperson, Katherine is Britain’s most successful female rower. A six-times world champion, four-times Olympic silver medallist and gold medallist at the London 2012 Olympic Games.
She was appointed Chair of UK Sport in April 2017 following her retirement from performance sport.
From early 2025, Katherine becomes Chair of the British Olympic Association.
