Francis is currently Chair at Picton Property Income Ltd.
He is also Non-Executive Director of Cadogan Group Limited (‘the Cadogan Estate’), Independent Non-Executive Director at Watkin Jones plc, and a Visiting Professor at the London School of Economics.
From 2004 to 2012, he was CEO of Land Securities.
His past appointments also include Senior Independent Director at Next plc, Chairman of Town & Country Housing Group and Chairman of the Property Advisory Group for Transport for London.
