Niall Booker
Former Chair at Monument Bank
Niall specialises in difficult and turnaround situations, most recently as CEO of the Co-operative Bank from 2013-2017. He is formerly Chair at the start up bank Monument, and a Non-Executive Director at Non-Standard Finance plc where he chaired the Audit Committee and was a member of the Nomination, Remuneration and Risk Committees. Previous appointments include Group MD and CEO of HSBC North America Holdings Inc and CEO of HSBC Finance Corporation. Niall was also Chairman of the Committee of the Council of Glenalmond College.
