Roz Cuschieri

Roz is CEO at Pure Pet Food Ltd, having previously managed a portfolio of commercial and charitable interests.

This includes her role as Chair of Social Bite, a homelessness charity, and a Non-Executive Director at Babease Ltd, who supply organic food for babies, Lightbody Ventures, who help global food brands expand their portfolios, NCFE, an educational charity supporting vocational and technical learning, and Worldwide Cancer Research, who fund early stage cancer research. Prior to this she was CEO of Genius Gluten Free Foods for five years where she oversaw the growth of the organisation from 9 to over 600 employees.  Previously she spent 12 years at Warburtons, 7 of which served on the board as Commercial Director. Roz's former Non-Executive positions include Marstons PLC and she was previously Chair at Emily Crisps.
